Final Registration and Camp Forms Status

You can check the status of your forms here. You will need to enter your security code and birthday. If you don't remember your security code, please send request to registration@necysc.org. Please note that everything is entered by hand, if you have submitted your forms recently, they might not yet been entered. Check out CORI Policy for NECYSC's policy on CORI/SORI.

Alternate Pickup: Please submit this form if someone other than a parent needs to pick up your child. Without this form we will ONLY release a camper to their parent.

NECYSC is in compliance with 105 CMR 430.00 (State Sanitary Code, Chapter IV, Minimum Sanitation and Safety Standards for Recreation for Children)
Volunteers of NECYSC who have unsupervised contact with children are subject to a Criminal Offender Record Investigation (CORI)
and Sexual Offender Record Investigation (SORI) as required by M.G.L. c. 6, § 172G
NECYSC is granted a license and permit to operate a camp for children in the Town of Weston.
Camp plans are available for review by requests by parents. Please send all inquiries to camp director
