The Counselor in Training (CIT) program provides the opportunity for responsible teens to gain valuable leadership experience. We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and passionate Counselors-In-Training to lead campers in daily activities. CITs interact extensively, cooperatively, and creatively with each other, with counselors, and with other camp staff to hone their leadership and communication skills.

You will be contacted by a NECYSC head counselor and scheduled for an interview in March. Stay on the lookout for an email from headcounselors@necysc.org!

Step 4: Fill out onboarding forms:

We will contact you on the status of your application after the interview process. If accepted to the CIT program, we will send you additional logistical information and forms to send.
