Dear NECYSC families,

We hope this email finds you and your loved ones well.

Welcome to NECYSC 2020 Summer Virtual Activities! Our amazing staff has worked hard to create activities we hope our campers will enjoy. We are beyond excited for the opportunity to continue educating your children and family on Asian culture, as well as maintaining the friendships forged within our NECYSC community. View our digital Opening Ceremony here!

To refrain from overwhelming you with emails, all of our activities can be found on this calendar. Feel free to browse through the activities we have planned and sign your children up for ones they'd be interested in joining by clicking on the Zoom registration link. Please note that you will only receive a confirmation email with the activity access link after registering on Zoom using the link on the calendar event.

The staff will be hosting our first of many virtual activities this summer on Sunday, July 5th. Activities will continue to be held every Saturday in July as well as from Saturday, August 1st to Friday, August 8th. Activities include Chinese Zodiac lessons, arts & crafts and culinary workshops, as well as some of our popular evening activities such as CIT Dress-up, Cultural Movie Night, and Talent Show! We will also be featuring parent volunteers and former staff members who will teach activities such as Asian American History (MIT Prof. Emma Teng), Life as an Asian American actor in Hollywood (Mr. Michael Tow), and Constructing Identities (Carter Yee).

These activities are free of charge and non-binding. Your child may join whichever activity they are most interested in, however we recommend they sign up for the age group suggested in order to allow the event to run more smoothly. We also ask that you stay in the activity chosen for its entire duration in order to prevent any conflict in the grouping. Every camper who registers for and attends an activity will automatically be entered into a raffle for a free NECYSC 2020 T-shirt!

Please contact with any questions, comments, or concerns.

By signing up for an NECYSC Virtual Activity, you agree to the terms listed in the link below:

Again, thank you for your continuous support towards NECYSC. Please share our website with your friends, and we look forward to seeing you at Virtual NECYSC 2020!
